SHIPPING:
We ship using UPS pending items 2 - 3 day Ground as our shipper. Most products will ship within 72 hours of your order being placed. International customers MUST be "Verified" before we will ship your order and additional shipping costs will apply.
Legal status of products:
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Strike Force Uniforms. RETURN POLICY:
Strike Force Uniforms wants you to be happy and satisfied! We will gladly return any item for a refund on the items purchased within 14 days of purchase, and excluding all shipping costs . All returned items must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied with the original receipt. Engraved and used items are not returnable. Please return unused items by shipping in a sturdy box. Be sure to include your name, address, e-mail or phone number and receipt. We suggest you send your package using a method that can be tracked, either US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
All of the products on this site, carry a manufacturers' warranty and are assumed to have been inspected for quality and defects before leaving their respective factories. We do not open and inspect every product unless instructed to do so in the notes section during checkout. We will gladly replace or return any defective product during our 14 day return / exchange policy but shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please inspect your shipment immediately after receipt before using the product. Used products may only be returned for exchanged at our discretion. Please return items by shipping in a sturdy box.
